If you are not satisfied with Software or Products purchased directly from Lexacle Technologies, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase. Please note that all shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using and / or refund any Software and / or Products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Lexacle Technologies reserves the right to disable any product keys and / or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.
The Lexacle Technologies refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from Lexacle Technologies. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
